Questions of diagnostics and classifications of illnesses occupy a major place in medicine, determines its form and character. For example, the modern scientific technical medicine allocates illnesses to morphological symptoms, aetiological factors or on a degree of functional decompensation. This approach has its positive moments, but if also has the limitation at the same time. The classification of illnesses takes into account that general, which is characteristic for a pathology of the certain bodies or concrete aetiology, but if does not take into account that general, which always is present at various pathologies of the same individual. Diagnostics in homoeopathy and traditional medicine systems carries syndromological character. Syndromological diagnosis in these systems is not limited to separate bodies or systems, it includes the whole organism of the man, takes into account the constitutional type, mentality, individual symptoms both basic disease and accompanying, transferred and as diseases showing in family anamnesis. What common in questions of diagnostics and classifications of illnesses in homoeopathy and traditional medical systems? This task almost is not investigated because of the large distinctions in theoretical and philosophical bases of homoeopathy and various traditional of medical systems (China, India, Georgia, etc). However without the decision of this task it is impossible to learn all value syndromological diagnosis at a level of the whole organism. The search of a uniform platform for these systems is urgent for today for both sides to enrich the experience and construction general tactics of treatment of the patient, for development of a new direction in medicine for individual and whole teraphy. The Georgian medicine has the most ancient roots. A known German naturalist and historian of medicine. Kurt Ioakhim Shprengel (1766 – 1833), in his five - languid works on a history of medicine of the peoples of the world opens by the chapter about the old Colchian medicine. Ancient Georgian doctors knew well both with medical and with poisoning properties of plants, animals and minerals. For example, Medea, a daugliter of king Aietes, the heroine of a legend about Atgonavts was the well – known doctor and connoisseur of poisons. With her name the historians connect occurrence of a latin word medico (to cure, to treat) and a term `medicine~. Many kings of Georgia and their citizens tested poisons on themselves, developing the immunity. In Georgia more than 2000 bock was engaged the vaccination of pox. There are data that Hipokrat himself traveled on the Black Sea coast on Colchian lowland. With the task of searching of traces of ancient medicine. Therefore it is not suprising that the basic theoretical – philosophical base of Georgian medicine was the theory about four clements and in particular about four biological liquids. These concepts Georgia has inherited from Shumerian. Then They ware advanced by the Koss school and Halen. Homoeopathy has found a direct connection between the patient and medicine, whom he must treat. For the first time the ancient doctors observed the patient and compared his (her) properties at first to the elements of a nature, then studied medicine and again compared their properties to elements of a nature and only then gave medicines or diets of illnesses by a principle of opposite or similarity. Each elements has two properties, for example: `woter~ - `coldness~ and `humidity~, but `Air~ _ `warm~ and `humidity~, but `Fire~ _ `dryness~. `Earth~, _ but `cold~ and `dryness~. The ideal health corresponds to maximum steadiness between elements. The small diviation from balance determines the constitutional type of the man but the significant infringement of the balance is connected with the illness. In sources of the Georgian medicine we have the detailed description of four constitutional types of the and four basic forms of pathology (syndromes). The comparative analysis of basic syndromes and types in homoeopathy and with syndromes and types in Chinese and Indian medicine has revealed the following Conformity. (table 1; tig. 1).
